The first product race sensation Glenn Irwin ever tried when approached by Zerofit, the Heatrub Ultimate Baselayer had the Northern Irishman hooked - and heated - instantly.

And now, fans of the Bennetts British Superbike runner-up can buy the Heatrub Ultimate - our most popular product - in a special ZFGI Dual-Branded option.

The award-winning Heatrub Ultimate is a best-in-class, game-changing baselayer that has been independently tested and proven to be five times warmer than leading competitors, and twice as warm as a sweater.

Technologically enhanced 'Heat Threads inside the garment are activated through even the slightest of movements, gently brushing against the skin to generate positive warmth instantly and the construction of the Zerofit Heatrub Ultimate means the heat is retained.

Unlike other baselayers, the Ultimate does not work on the basis of 'compression for heat' - so not only does it provide greater warmth, but you also won’t feel restrained by an inability to move freely, making it one of our most comfortable baselayers.

It also features a slightly looser neckline design, which allows some heat to travel out away from the body - during testing and development of the Ultimate, a tighter neckline was found to cause some overheating.

A rigorous product evaluation at the iconic Boken Institute - Japan's leading testing organisation - resulted in a Heat Retention Rating of 0.78; a standard baselayer would have a rating of 0.1-0.14, while a sweater would typically have a rating of around 0.3.

Bennetts British Superbike Runner-Up 2023 Glenn Irwin knows the importance of staying temperature regulated while training and racing, and the Heatrub Move Baselayer helps him to do just that.

And from winter 2023, fans can now purchase the award-winning Heatrub Move Baselayer with in a special Zerofit Glenn Irwin dual-branded option, featuring the Carrickfergus man's logos on the left chest as well as at the base of the neck on the reverse.

The award-winning Heatrub Move is the most versatile baselayer in the entire Zerofit collection, offering the winning combination of adaptable warmth and optimal moisture-wicking properties making it an essential piece of clothing for motorcyclists.

Independently tested and proven to be twice as warm as its closest competitor, the Move features a 45% polypropylene construction on the inside of the baselayer as well as a hollow polyester shell that work in tandem to regulate body temperature, so as your time on the bike progresses, you won’t overheat in the conditions.

What makes it so appealing is that the Japanese technology within the baselayer means that it keeps you warm while you’re at a standstill or just starting out, but then when you start to build up a sweat doing your journey, separate innovations help to keep your body temperature regulated.
